It’s been 14 days since I started walking 10,000 steps every day while wearing the DASKI abdominal warmer.
So—what happened?
Weight-Loss Results: Yes, It Works
To start with the conclusion—
I lost weight.
My weight went from 73.3 kg to 71.9 kg, a loss of 1.4 kg.
Not exactly a viral-level transformation, but it’s a steady and realistic result.
Here’s how my daily morning weigh-ins looked:

A few days ago, I actually hit 71.5 kg for a moment, but it has leveled off since then.I’d like to reach the low-70 kg range soon.At this pace, a 3 kg loss in a month seems achievable.
Food Intake & What I Felt
This challenge isn’t a strict test of DASKI alone—
it’s a mix of walking, diet, and habit-building.
Still, the fact that I could lose weight without restricting my meals much is impressive.
Here’s what I ate yesterday.
According to the Calomil app, my total intake was 1,544 kcal.

Breakfast was a grilled-salmon set meal, and lunch was a Chinese rice bowl (chūkadon) from Hidakaya. When I looked up the calories, it turned out higher than expected,so I kept dinner light—but I still nibbled on Seven-Eleven sesame sticks afterward.Pretty much an all-eating-out day. Both fat and carbs were over the limit.
And yet, my weight still went down. It’s honestly a strange feeling.
Any Sensation from DASKI?
Even while wearing the DASKI abdominal warmer,I didn’t feel “warmer” or “lighter” in any noticeable way. That’s consistent with the other DASKI items I tried at an event earlier.
But what’s interesting is that results appear without any conscious change.
I suspect the product might be quietly boosting metabolism in the background.
The Next Goal
For reference, the standard weight for someone 170 cm tall is 63.6 kg.I’m still a long way off, but seeing the numbers finally movegives me the motivation to keep going.
I’ll continue sharing updates on my DASKI × 10,000-step challenge here on the blog.
